Aligned Within Wellness- Harmonious Alignment

The Founder’s Story

Hi,

My name is Bre, the founder of Aligned Within Wellness LLC, and here is my story, my mission, my work, my heart.

I have always been someone who feels deeply.

Deeply for people, deeply in emotion, deeply for the parts of life that many people try to move past too quickly. Becoming a therapist was never a surprising path for me—it felt like a natural extension of who I had already been for most of my life.

At the same time, my path toward this work was not born only from education or professional experience. It was also born from my own lived experience with grief, disconnection, unhealthy relationship dynamics, emotional masking, and the long process of learning how to come back to myself.

For much of my life, I felt different. I experienced the world differently, felt emotions deeply, and often struggled to understand where I fit within the environments I came from. I learned very early how to become “good,” quiet, accommodating, and disconnected from my own needs in order to feel accepted or safe. Like many women, I learned how to survive long before I learned how to truly know myself.

I was also raised within a deeply religious environment that, for me personally, often felt more rooted in shame and fear than in connection. While spirituality and meaning have always felt important to me, there came a point in adulthood where I could no longer ignore the disconnection I felt from myself. Slowly, and often fearfully, I began untangling who I had been taught to be from who I actually was.

That journey changed my life.

Over time, I became deeply drawn to trauma work, somatic work, spirituality, intuition, feminist perspectives, and the ways our relationships, conditioning, and lived experiences shape our sense of self. I began understanding how deeply connected the mind, body, emotions, and inner voice truly are.

More importantly, I began reconnecting with myself.

Through aligned relationships, deep personal work, spiritual exploration, and learning to trust my own intuition again, I slowly built a life that feels more honest, grounded, connected, and aligned. It is this process—the process of reconnecting—that sits at the heart of the work I do today.

My approach is warm, deeply human, and rooted in emotional attunement. I do not believe healing happens through perfection, performance, or pretending we have it all figured out. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be witnessed empathically, seen honestly, challenged lovingly, and supported entirely, while becoming more fully themselves.

I am especially passionate about supporting women who feel disconnected from their voice, identity, intuition, emotions, or sense of self-worth. Women who have spent years surviving, shape-shifting, shrinking themselves, or feeling “too much.” Women who are learning to reconnect with their anger, their softness, their boundaries, their desires, their individuality, and the parts of themselves they were once taught to suppress.

The work we do together is not about becoming someone entirely new. It is about returning to the parts of you that were always there underneath survival, conditioning, shame, fear, or disconnection.

I want the women I work with to leave feeling:
more confident, more courageous, more connected to themselves, more trusting of their own inner voice, and more at home within their body and life.

Outside of this work, I’m someone who deeply values connection, quiet moments, creativity, and authenticity. I love crocheting, hiking, video games, cozy nights with my partner, and spending time with our rescue pets, Kane and Smeagol. I also spend time exploring my own spiritual practices, intuitive work, and continued personal growth—because I believe this work is something we live, not just something we offer.

Above all else, I want this space to feel human.

A space where you feel safe enough to exhale.
A space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
A space where you do not have to become less of yourself in order to belong.
