Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and the time reserved specifically for each client, refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions, missed appointments, or late cancellations.

 

f you need to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.

Package purchases are non-refundable once sessions have begun. In certain circumstances, remaining unused sessions may be applied toward future services at the discretion of Aligned Within Wellness.

 

If a session must be canceled by Aligned Within Wellness, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
