Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services offered through Aligned Within Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

 1. Nature of Services

Aligned Within Wellness provides trauma-informed coaching and reflective support services intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, relational understanding, and intentional living.

Coaching services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or medical care.

While Breanna Todd is a licensed therapist, all services offered through Aligned Within Wellness are provided solely within the scope of coaching and are separate from psychotherapy services.

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

 

2. Personal Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and that they remain fully responsible for:

• their choices

• decisions

• behaviors

• emotional responses

• and outcomes

Aligned Within Wellness does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

 3. Payment & Scheduling

​

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Current pricing is as follows:

• 1:1 Alignment Coaching Sessions — $150

• Intuitive Reflection Sessions — $150

• Alignment Series (3 Sessions) — $400

• Reconnection Series (5 Sessions) — $675

• Couples / Relationship Reconnection Sessions — $200

Prices are subject to change at any time.

 4. Cancellation Policy

​

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

 5. Refund Policy

​

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment reserved specifically for each client, refunds are generally not provided for:

• completed sessions

• missed appointments

• late cancellations

• or partially used coaching packages

Unused sessions from coaching packages may, at the discretion of Aligned Within Wellness, be applied toward future services.

If a session must be canceled by Aligned Within Wellness, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.

6. Confidentiality

​

Client privacy is deeply respected.

However, clients acknowledge that coaching services provided through Aligned Within Wellness are not protected under HIPAA in the same manner as psychotherapy services.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be held with care and discretion unless disclosure is required by law, including situations involving:

• risk of harm to self or others

• abuse or neglect

• legal obligations

• ​

 7. Crisis & Emergency Services

​

Aligned Within Wellness does not provide crisis services, emergency support, or psychiatric care.

Clients experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency are encouraged to contact:

• 911

• a local emergency room

• or an appropriate crisis support service

8. Couples Coaching Disclaimer

​

Relationship Reconnection Sessions are intended for educational, relational, and coaching purposes only.

These sessions are not couples therapy and are not intended to treat mental health conditions, trauma disorders, domestic violence situations, or severe relational crises.

A no-secrets policy may apply within couples sessions when relevant to the coaching process.

9. Intellectual Property

​

All materials, resources, guides, worksheets, and content provided through Aligned Within Wellness remain the intellectual property of Aligned Within Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 10. Website & Content Disclaimer

​

Content shared through the Aligned Within Wellness website, social media, newsletters, or resources is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

​

Aligned Within Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if it is determined that:

• coaching is not an appropriate fit

• the client requires clinical or emergency support

• boundaries or agreements are repeatedly violated

• or continuation of services would not be ethically appropriate

• ​

12. Agreement

​

By booking or participating in services through Aligned Within Wellness, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
